Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Hanuman Chatti (7,000 ft.); 162 Km drive from Dehradun

The drive from Dehradun to Hanuman Chatti is an enchanting hill drive of 7-8 hours stretching over 162 Km ride via Mussoorie, Damta, Naugaon, Barkot, and Syana Chatti. You will see the beautiful valleys and forest cover throughout the journey. Hanuman Chatti is a small village within the Uttarkashi district of Uttrakhand and the last road head to Janki Chatti. You can also visit the Holy Shrine Yamnotri Temple after the trek on own expenses and the temple is 5 Km away from Janki Chatti and it’s open in the month of April-May and closed in October-November. Stay will be in Guest House/Home Stay/Camp on sharing basis. The trail will commence the next morning at 07:00 AM with light breakfast and a brief session of Gulabi Kantha trek by Trekkaro team. The cab will be arranged at an additional cost from Dehradun Railway station to Hanuman Chatti (One Way) at 06:30 AM. Cost of the cab – Rs. 5,500/- per vehicle.

Day 2: Trek from Hanuman Chatti to Seema thatch (3400 Meters)

Start the trek early morning after having breakfast and get ready for walking. Today’s trek will be for 10Km. Trekking amidst the alpine forests, wildflowers gives the adventures a sense motivation to keep walking. The trail has steep ascents in between . Trekkers will reach Seema Thatch by evening and refreshments will be served. Enjoy the gorgeous sunset and dinner will be served at night.

Day 3: Seema Thatch – Gulabi Kantha and back 5km one side (4 – 5 hour)(3789 Meters)

Today will be the most exciting day as you will be trekking to Gulabi Kantha from Seema. Before starting the trek, wake up early and watch the sunrise at 5:30Am. It is a 5 Km trek and by 1 :30 we will reach the destination by 1:30pm. Lunch will be served at around 2Pm. Enjoy the lush meadows, undulating valleys. You will be gawking at the gorgeous 360 Panoramic views of the snow capped mountains like Bandarpunch, Shivalik mountains, Kalindi Srikala and Chaukhamba peak. After spending some time here, we will head back to the campsite. Dinner will be served followed by bonfire and some music .Camping will be at Seema Thatch

Day 4: Seema Thatch – Hanuman Chatti 10km (7 to 8 hour)(2400 Meters)

Start the trek early and head towards Hanuman Chatti . The trek is for 10Km. In between the trekkers will get refreshment and stop for a while. At 1Pm we will have lunch at Kandola. Thereafter continue the trek towards Hanuman Chatti. The trek almost ends here. Dinner will be served followed by a bonfire and music.

Day 5: Hanuman Chatti – Dehradun

It is time to say goodbye as we leave behind a lot of memories and drive towards Uttarakhand. If you wish to stay in Uttarakhand you can explore the nearby places or plan your schedule according to your convenience.

- If the cancellations are made 30 Days before the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 10-30 days before the trip, 30% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-10 days before the trip, Transfer your trek (same trek, same batch) to your friend. No cash refund.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

By Bus:-
The regular bus service from Delhi to Dehradun, from Delhi’s (ISBT Kashmere Gate).
We would suggest you to take only government buses from (ISBT Kashmere Gate). Private buses run from outside of ISBT and they are not trust worthiness.
Usually buses drop you at Dehradun ISBT. From there you have to come to Dehradun Station through Ola/ Uber Cab and Vikram , Tata Sumo or similar vehicles to go Dehradun Railway Station at 6:00am.
