➔If the cancellations are made 15 Days before the trip, total tour cost will be Refund and no cancellation fees.
➔If cancellations are made within 0-15 days After the trip, Transfer your trek (same trek, same batch) to your friend. No cash refund.
➔In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
Note:-
a)Change of trek batch date is dependent on the availability of seats in the batch.
b)In case of transferring a trek to your dear one, he/she should satisfy all the mandatory requirements lay down by MountHikers.
c)MountHikers holds the right to change/cancel the policies, without prior notice.
